Apartment "Timone", in the center of Roccalumera, is a two-room penthouse on the third floor (without lift) with over 100 m2. of terrace overlooking the sea che si affaccia sulla piazza principale del paese. Oltre alla camera da letto matrimoniale é dotato di cucina soggiorno e bagno con ampia doccia. L’enorme terrazza con tavolo, sedie e sdraio offre la possibilità di trascorrere piacevoli momenti all’aperto, ammirare il mare e, quando previsti, guardare spettacoli in piazza. The free beach with shower it is 50 meters away, there are Air conditioners in every room, WiFi free, TV 50″ digital terrestrial and 32″ satellite, Washing machine, Hairdryer. The Set of bath towels and sheets and consumption (water, electricity and gas) are included in the price.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione con tutte le principali comodità e confort per un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno. Spazioso e gradevole terrazzo, comodo accesso al mare. Posizione tranquilla ma strategica per visitare tutte le bellezze della Sicilia orientale. Assolutamente consigliato, sicuramente ritorneremo.

Estamos encantados con nuestra estancia en este alojamiento. Giuseppe y su mujer fueron muy amables y muy detallistas. Nos hicieron un recibimiento increíble, nos explicaron todo con gran detalle y en todo momento nos ofrecieron su ayuda. El apartamento es ideal, muy cerca de la playa y situado en una zona tranquila. Desde allí hemos podido movernos cómodamente para recorrer toda la mitad este de Sicilia. Lo recomendamos sin duda!

Giuseppe and his wife are amazing people. Very thoughtful and kind. They met us at the airport and helped with our luggage. Gave us great tips about local attractions. The apartment is brand new and modern, huge terrace where we were enjoying espresso and watching the sunset behind the mountains. The flat is super clean and has everything you possibly may need during your stay. Awesome shower. Everything as described even better. All attractions are just a quick ride by bus, which stops near the building. There are 2 supermarkets 5 minutes away by feet. 1 minute to the beach. It was absolutely perfect for us. Great value for money. If you don’t want to live in the middle tourist crowds, don’t look any further, this is the place to be. Thank you guys for everting, we will be back!!!!!
